Terms & Conditions
- The Profile Awards are open to journalists, writers, broadcasters, correspondents and freelancers whose work is set in the areas of science and technology and has been published in print, on-line, or broadcast on radio or television.
- Entries must have been published or broadcast between the 1 January 2010 and 31 January 2011.
- Entries may be submitted by individuals personally or by others on their behalf. An entry may only be submitted under one category.
- Entrants who submit shared work may not submit the same entry on an individual basis. These will be judged as one entry.
- Only one article may be submitted under one category, but you may enter as many different articles under one category as you like.
- Four copies of manual submissions must be provided.
- Entries will not be returned.
- The decision of the judging panel is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
- Online entry is possible via this website. However, online entries must include an electronic copy of the published work in its original form. The electronic copy must be in one of the approved digital formats. Hard copy entries are also possible as facsimiles or photocopies.
- Competition Closes on the 31 March 2011.
- No entries will be accepted after 31 March 2011: Terms and conditions.
